Simplicity and simple food are power words for me this year.
I decided awhile ago that I want to start experimenting food and also start cooking more. It's my one goal for the latter part of 2016. I'll aim for simple things. Simple recipes with great ingredients. Lots of herbs and lots of natural flavours.
After I received a gorgeous honey sample from Nordic Honey, I immediately started to think what I can cook and where to add that mouth-watering honey.
I, of course, did some Pinterest searches and found a really simple recipe with basically only 5 ingredients: brie cheese, honey, nuts, herbs (thyme in my case) and brown sugar.
The baked brie is so easy to make and so so delicious. It takes about 5 - 10 minutes to prep and then 10 - 20 minutes in the oven.
Ok, we ate this as an appetizer and would have eaten more if only I'd made more of it.
